My interest mostly goes into strategic decision-making areas where accounting statements play a vital role. I like focusing more on the financial statements to find out the positions, performance, competitive advantages, and disadvantages of an organization by means of Dupont Analysis, Ratio Analysis, and by linking the non-financial metrics to the financial performance, etc. Then the best alternative can be placed in order to increase the shareholder values which will lead the organization to expand within and beyond its area with the involvement of existing shareholders and potential investors. What is more, cost accounting is also within the boundary of my interest. To ensure profitability and optimal operational units, I consider Cost-volume-profit Analysis, Job and process costing, informed recognition of relevance and irrelevance in case of decision making, appropriate cost allocation base, customer profitability analysis, and so on. Other than these, I am interested to get involved in the following areas since in the business arena, every activity is related to each other-Supply Chain Management with the focus on horizontal and vertical integration- Business Development - Financial Analysis and Control- Investor Relations
