In charge of digital transformation solutions on the OBS Fusion program, I recruited a team of solution experts (+30), defined the related multi-year budget, focused on the strategic choices of transformation stakes, seeking a balance between organizational changes and the adoption of new solutions to support it. This consists of managing the following workpackages during the french and international roll-out:• Architecture: definition of the overall architecture of the solution (Core Enterprise Structure) and definition of the architecture in SaaS and PaaS• UX modernization: improvement of finance, purchasing, sales, SCM and PPM processes based on UX-oriented technologies (automation, process socialization, RPA, digital assistant, mobile)• Analytics: implementation of BI Analytics and implementation of 360 ° dashboards in OAC focused on data modeling, data mining, data visualization and predictive analysis (IA / ML)• Infrastructure: management of SaaS environments and cloud infrastructure with Oracle product development• Adoption: implementation via agile preadoption / adoption cycles, continuous improvement of the user journey and implementation of change management adapted to the business profiles in the solution
