ABOUT CHARLES HOOKER

Charles J. Hooker, Consultant to Keystone Human Services a global provider of services and supports for children and adults with disability and an advocate for inclusion. Throughout his 45 years of professional experience in human services, Mr. Hooker has been a strong voice of support for vulnerable people to live full, meaningful lives within their communities. Keystone provides intellectual disability, autism, and mental health services in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey and Delaware. In 2003, Keystone expanded its reach into the Republic of Moldova and recently India. Keystone’s registered non-governmental organization, Keystone Human Services International Moldova Association, has been providing support for individuals leaving institutions and works with the government to develop sustainable community-based services for people with disability. Keystone’s most recent international initiative, Keystone Institute India, is working to develop young leaders and new directions of support for people with disability living in regions throughout India.
