Rent Pricing Intelligence- Designed and built a production-grade residential rent pricing model using LightGBM, integrating unit-level, property, financial, and geospatial features, achieving R² > 0.90 and replacing manual Excel-based pricing workflows- Leveraged MS Fabric to automate data ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, and model scoring, delivering a repeatable and scalable rent pricing pipeline and reducing computation time from ~40 hours to under 1 hour- Integrated geospatial signals (e.g, spatial proximity, neighborhood effects) directly into pricing and underwriting models to enhance market sensitivity and model robustness- Partnered with residential operation and asset management teams to validate pricing logic, assumptions, and outputs, driving stakeholder trust and adoption of ML-driven pricing.
