Facilitate sessions on recruiting, selection, interviewing, hiring and additional compliance and foundational HR topics. Piloted successful women\'s leadership development accelerator program. Manage Live Nation\'s Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index Survey submission. Implemented Live Nation\'s inclusive sourcing & hiring initiatives and stood up company\'s first diversity sourcing team. Established partnerships with organizations and schools.
