This company was the result of a merger between two publicly traded companies with different underlying reporting, data models and technology solutions. • Led the development of an EPM blueprint, focused on defining a global reporting strategy and improving the planning and forecasting process, for a $3B global pharmaceutical company. • Oversaw the FP & A transformation blueprint, report rationalization and strategy, design of the global planning, forecasting, and reporting process, along with the supporting technology at a $6B division of a global manufacturing conglomerate.
