I\'m an experienced Producer and founder of an award-winning co-development studio. My focus is on building strong production pipelines and tools that empower teams to do their best work; whether that’s through custom integrations with platforms like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Google Workspace, or through refining workflows that support creativity and efficiency.I manage multidisciplinary (often distributed) development teams, and bring specialist technical knowledge across all areas of development. My hands-on experience in Art and Design pipelines means I understand the needs of creative teams at a granular level, and I’m equally comfortable working with engineers, designers, and producers to keep everything aligned.I’m also a developer with solid Unreal Engine experience and working knowledge of Unity, giving me a unique bridge between technical implementation and creative vision. My background isn’t just limited to development; before running my studio, I worked as a Union Caseworker, which gives me a strong grounding in employment standards and legal compliance. I regularly work with studios on the operational side, helping ensure their processes and pipelines are not just efficient, but also compliant and ethical.At heart, I’m a creative and a systems thinker. I love solving complex problems, building elegant tools, and collaborating with teams to make great games while making sure the people behind them are supported, protected, and set up for success.
