Global Partner Management: Oversee day-to-day servicing and fulfillment of global partner contractual obligations, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of sponsorships across multiple platforms (media, signage, hospitality, etc.)• Solutions & Activations: Develop and execute customized and creative activation plans for Lakers Global partners (Ex. Bibigo, SIXT), aligning with global partnership objectives and optimizing campaign performance through strategic partnerships and influencer marketing• Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with sponsors, external agencies, and internal teams, offering tailored service and support throughout the activation process• Strategic & Commercial Development: Contribute for renewing global partnerships and driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative sponsorship solutions that amplify partner brands• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with various internal teams and external agencies, including marketing and business insights, to evaluate top-performing activations, events, and content, developing campaign recaps and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sponsor activations and maximize ROI
