Experienced in turning user requirements into effective systems while collaborating with external teams and managing internal team.Lead the transformation to the Cloud Data Warehouse on a number of projects. Responsible for ensuring the Data Engineering principles are followed and the team is guided on the right path with hands on support. Ensuring the Azure, Snowflake and ETL tools are used as effectively as possible to provide the single source of data for the Insights team. In the past, worked as BI SQL Lead Developer on Operational and Financial BI systems and built the systems and development team from ground up. Responsible for designing, developing and deploying multi dimensional / cube databases using OLAP technology backed with SQL data warehouse. I have also worked in Python (including Django), Ruby on Rails, Objective C (iOS and MacOSX), bash, web hosting platforms & control panels, remote administration and managing version control systems. In past I have worked in ASP.NET, MS SQL, MS Visual Studio (VB.NET / C#).
