Responsibilities:* Lead and improve the decision-making process in design solution architecture, solution development, architecture* Back-end development to meet business needs and implement components according to modern software development environment* Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solution* Identification of refactoring activities needed to address performance, scalability, availability, reliability and security* Elaborate architecture vision which satisfies architecturally significant requirements through trade-off analysis, proof of concepts implementation, benchmarking* Design and implement a set of various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, etc)* Comply with the technical standards, software best practices, conventions, policies and procedures* Mentoring and pair programming, code review, continuously improve the quality of the team and product* Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders* Participate with development group in sprint planning and refinement sessions* Contribute to longer term estimation and planning activities* Participate with the Product Owners/Business Analysts in requirements discussions and workshops, identifying technical constraints and/or opportunities that could be considered by the business and identifying iterative MVP packages/releases* Participate in peer reviews to ensure development quality (code review, architecture review, test/performance review)and adherence to appropriate technical standards* Work with, and promote, agile delivery best practices for the technical delivery team (Agile SCRUM)* Positively contribute to the technology team and the overall development of JTS platforms and productsTools: PHP7/8, SQL, MySQL, Laravel, SOA/Microservices, REST, GIT, PHPUnit, Elasticsearch, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Scrum, Python, Flask, Chalice
