As executive director of Atlanta Pride, I oversee all facets of the organization\'s work, leading strategic planning, organizational management, external affairs, and fundraising. With more than fifteen years of professional experience, I have developed a diverse set of skills and knowledge in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy.I am passionate about helping organizations build relationships, secure resources that align with their vision, and advance their strategy for lasting change. I am committed to promoting social justice and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

   Oversee all facets of the organization’s work, including strategic planning, organizational management, external affairs, and fundraising.Lead the planning and execution of the Atlanta Pride Festival, the largest annual LGBTQ+ Pride event in the Southeast, and oversee programming throughout the year.Direct strategy for resource development, with emphasis on sponsorships.Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with diverse community organizations, corporate sponsors, and volunteers.Manage a five-person staff and foster a collaborative team environment.Represent the organization in media and at public events.
