I help FinTechs and financial institutions connect, collaborate, and deliver practical solutions that create real value.At EY’s FinTech Lab, I support FinTechs on their growth journey and help established financial institutions tap into new ways of working, turning innovation into impact across the sector. Previously, I ran the award winning Lloyd’s Lab InsurTech accelerator from beginning to end. This included scouting InsurTechs, supporting them through the programme, and ensuring long-term impact once they became alumni. I also drove business development activities, working closely with brokers and underwriters to align new solutions with market priorities.
