Leading the foundation’s community impact portfolio to make good on WFSA’s promise to foster transformational philanthropy that serves women and girls in the state of Arizona, with an explicit focus on intersectional equity and community justice. I work with community leaders to design and deliver participatory, and trust-based grantmaking programs. Through iterations of trying, listening, and learning, we are collaborating to build models of accessible, high-impact, low-barrier philanthropy that resource collective care. In my role, I:~ build relationships with grantees and community partners to facilitate meaningful connections and support their success with financial and capacity support investments~ develop right-sized knowledge management systems to maintain all documentation and reporting related to the foundation’s grantmaking and programs ~ facilitate ongoing community impact learning practices and oversee program evaluation projects ~ develop and manage departmental budgets and strategic priorities with line of sight to long-term goals~ present WFSA’s programmatic work to audiences ranging from peer funders to parents to legislators
