Working full-time as a telephone-based Estate Planner at a firm that specialises in Future Planning. As a member of the Society of Will Writers, it is a duty of care to offer expert advice to ensure clients have peace of mind and that their wishes are carried out in an effective, timely and cost-effective manner.* Main activities include arranging Wills; incorporating Trusts, drawing up Living Wills and putting together also checking Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation. It is important to keep accurate and up to date client information on a daily basis with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and a Customer Relationship Management software. Liaising with the Equity Release department, clients are referred to the Estate Planning department to conduct a fact finding session (s) with clients. Here I would identify their needs and advise them in conjunction with the products and services on offer.* As a detail-oriented sales role I provide excellent customer service through delivering memorable consumer experiences. This entails building rapport whilst relying on my positive personality and enthusiasm. This allows me to generate growth for the firm through achievements like selling the most Advance Directives in the team. Collaborative efforts lead to Estate Planners being the highest team to turnover in the firm.
