Enthusiastic communications strategist and storyteller dedicated to uplifting and amplifying the work of American Humane Society, the United States’ first national humane organization and the world’s largest certifier of animal welfare. From the agency setting to the non-profit world, I have spent 6+ years developing, executing, and measuring the success of communications strategy. My specialties include media relations, community engagement, persuasive writing, and compassionate storytelling. My agency portfolio ranged from political and social issues advocacy to luxury consumer and celebrity personal brands. My non-profit experience started from the agency perspective, working with international NGOs improving global health care, and domestic non-profits advocating for climate solutions, reproductive rights, and improving US health policy. I now manage communications for an animal welfare non-profit with nearly 150 years of history advocating for the humane treatment of the voiceless. I\'m honored to be a part of continuing this mission and taking this organization beyond the U.S. We have expanded our impact globally through Global Humane Society, certifying humane treatment of animals in over 60 countries and growing!
