Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. For starters, I’m a San Francisco-based therapist offering individual and couples therapy, both in-person and virtually throughout California. I help adults, couples, and tweens/teens find clarity and connection in the midst of relationship stress, family conflict, and questions of identity. I offer a space that’s both active and compassionate, where you’re met with more than silence and head-nods, but with real presence, thoughtful questions, and honest reflection. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 12 years leading marketing teams in tech in and working as a career coach in the Silicon Valley—after originally training as an attorney. I understand the pressure to keep everything together on the outside, even when things are unraveling inside. That lived experience, combined with my own 20+ year journey in therapy, is what drew me to this work. Today, as a BIPOC therapist, I specialize in working with highly-driven individuals who often feel the weight of ambition—especially while balancing multiple cultural identities.
