My efforts are aimed at creating a sense of community and support, ensuring that every member feels valued.Key Responsibilities:Encouraging Engagement: I organize events and activities such as games, treats, and personal notes to brighten our members\' days and boost morale during key chapter events like Spring Recruitment and weekly meetings.Collaborative Leadership: I work closely with other chairs, including Sisterhood, Social, and DIB, to coordinate engaging events that strengthen chapter bonds and provide meaningful experiences for all members.Support & Motivation: Through consistent communication and personalized support, I ensure that our chapter stays motivated and connected, especially during challenging times.This role allows me to blend creativity with leadership, and it has given me valuable experience in event planning, cross-functional collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
