F1 client - Brought onboard to lead the BI team on a project that had fallen behind the desired timeline. The aim was to migrate from Business Objects to Power BI and Excel, as well as deepen the client engagement. Whilst doing this I gained a better understanding of their reporting requirements to simultaneously improve upon the reports and mentor the junior BI developers. I also used the SAP HANA data model to remove dependencies on the Business Objects universe.Automotive client - During a project to create a unified Power BI reporting system for over 200 sites, I advised on the reporting practice, functionality, data architecture and timelines required for these reports. I managed the development team and reviewed any obstacles, questions and researched possible solutions. I created technical documentation and the ability to future-proof the reports. I used Power BI, DAX, Jira and Miro.
