As a UX designer, my day-to-day motivation is to solve problems with a human-centered approach. For the past 5 years, I’ve enjoyed operating from discovery phase to delivery and devising strategic initiatives as much as comprehensive user interfaces. My goal is to craft the best experiences while keeping users needs and business goals in mind to shape the most valuable outcome. I also believe that collaboration is key to develop successful experiences and I like to build work environments that are inclusive and empowering. That’s why I’m always taking at heart learning from my teammates as well as sharing knowledge to reach common goals.
