I\'m a commercial leader turned talent and people strategist — and that combination is what makes my approach to talent management distinctive. My career began in commercial marketing at Estée Lauder, Henkel, and Dyson, where I ran category strategy, led cross-functional teams, and drove P&L performance. That business foundation shapes everything I build as a talent leader: I design programs that solve real organizational problems, not HR checklists.At Dyson I\'ve led end-to-end talent strategy for the Americas — building succession governance and executive readiness frameworks, facilitating high-stakes calibration sessions, designing leadership development for 200+ managers, and architecting the North America Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE & I) strategy including ERG launch, employee engagement programming, and a global sponsorship program for high-potential diverse leaders. I\'ve also led complex change management initiatives — designing original manager training, partnering with external vendors on resilience programming, and developing enterprise-wide communications that helped leaders navigate organizational change.My work spans the full talent lifecycle: succession planning, performance management, HiPo acceleration, learning design and facilitation, employee engagement and survey action planning, and organizational capability building.
