Hello! I\'m Chloe Helsel, currently pursuing a major in Marketing and a minor in Data Analytics at West Virginia University\'s esteemed John Chambers School of Business. My academic journey has been marked by active involvement in campus activities and commitment to personal and professional growth. I\'m an engaged member of Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity, Women in Business, and Alpha Omicron Pi, where I also serve as the Director of New Membership Experience. Additionally, I am a fellow leader of the 304 Marketing student-run agency, where I gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. This summer, I completed an internship as a Digital Communications Intern with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where I worked closely with the Global External and Internal Communications teams. In this role, I had the opportunity to enhance the organization\'s digital presence by creating and scheduling content, drafting messages, updating the company website, and monitoring engagement metrics. I also supported monthly reporting and collaborated across functions to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. I’m particularly proud of creating and leading the intern spotlight series on Goodyear\'s internal and external platforms. My experiences have honed my leadership, creative thinking, and teamwork skills, and I am excited to continue exploring and developing my career in marketing and communications. I look forward to leveraging these skills as I progress in my professional journey and contribute to impactful projects.

   Support the development and launch of a tool to track digital privacy regulations across various channels such as websites, emails, mobile apps- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, IT, and Digital product teams, to ensure compliance initiatives are aligned with business needs- Assist in creating and maintaining training materials related to compliance best practices- Help establish and produce key metrics reports to track the completion of compliance initiatives within the new tool- Contribute to communication and training efforts across teams to foster awareness of the new tool and its features.
