I am a core member of the Human Resources Practice in London. Specialising in talent management, leadership discovery and development and coaching services, I also offer executive and non-executive search, working with a broad range of clients across business sectors around the world. Prior to Egon Zehnder, I worked at IBM for 9 years. Upon joining IBM, I worked as a Portfolio Sales Leader and Account Executive for Strategic Outsourcing in the UK and Europe, before being promoted to Strategic Outsourcing Sales Leader for Asia Pacific based in Singapore. In 2016, I founded a consultancy which worked with social enterprises and wellness start-up leadership teams to develop their business models and their teams for growth, through an integrated programme of business model consulting, business coaching and yoga.
