ABOUT CHLOE FLEURY
I am a Senior Consultant in the Value Advisory group at Dayforce, where I partner with global organizations to translate workforce complexity and AI capability into executive-level economic decisions. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, technology, and human capital management. I support enterprise leaders in shaping their HCM transformation agendas by building board-ready value cases, quantifying ROI and risk, and aligning technology investment decisions to measurable business outcomes. In my current role, I lead cross-functional teams and work closely with senior executives to guide complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across diverse geographies and operating models.I bring a management-consulting mindset grounded in strong financial and analytical foundations. I hold a BComm (Hons) from Queen’s Smith School of Business and have pursued continued education in executive project leadership, project management, financial asset management, cost engineering, risk management, securities trading, and generative AI applications for project leadership. This breadth allows me to bridge strategic vision with execution rigor and economic accountability. In addition to client delivery, I contribute to the development of thought leadership that helps organizations navigate emerging topics such as AI-driven workforce transformation, payroll and compliance risk, and global operating complexity—always with a focus on value realization rather than technology alone.I have also completed my Queen’s Professional French post-graduate designation, enabling me to work fluently in both of Canada’s official languages.Outside of work, I am an active traveler and lifelong learner. I enjoy golf, soccer, tennis, yoga, and Pilates, and I am continually inspired by immersing myself in new cultures and perspectives around the world.
