Act as liaison between buyer and all other parties throughout starts process, construction, and closing of home. • Schedule and conduct preconstruction meeting with buyer and builder where all items for home are selected. • Write up and have buyer sign on addendum to add, delete, or change any part of the contract, ensuring proper verbiage and other requirements are met to maintain contract integrity. • Create and maintain buyer files where all contract documents, plans, addendums, and earnest/option money can be easily accessed. • Complete weekly and monthly reports sent to management and investors. Reporting including: Sales made, cancelations, construction timeframe, and estimated closing dates. • Coordinate with buyer, realtor, lender and Title Company to set expectations on closing timeframe, ensure all documents needed have been collected, and ultimately schedule closing on the finished home.
