I am passionately committed to connecting people with their purpose, not just matching a resume with a job, by building relationships versus focusing on transactions. I work with both mid-size and fortune 500 companies who believe that people drive their culture. I am responsible for researching and sourcing candidates from our company’s massive talent pool, professional networking sites, and social networking tools, in addition to screening, qualifying, interviewing, and placing professionals. I also provide career guidance to those actively searching for parallel careers and provide ongoing support to a team of effective contractors. In this role I collaborate with high energy teams to achieve goals and attend networking events, user group/association meetings, social gatherings, client dinners, etc, to build employee networks and relationships with our customers. Ultimately I am responsible for building a pipeline of candidates for skill sets in dynamic industries.
