About Chloe Sutton

My path hasn’t fit neatly into one lane, by design. I’ve always been drawn to the overlap between technology, storytelling, and people, and obsess over creative ways to unite all three. I work with visionaries for a living, and I’ve been building around them for most of my career.Early on, that showed up in community-building: I led TEDx events, helped organize founder and student ecosystems, and got hooked on what happens when you put the right ideas in front of the right people. I studied computer science and liberal arts at Georgia Tech, which gave me a technical foundation alongside real training in media, communication, and human-centered problem solving.Professionally, I started on a generalist track across strategy and communications - in startups, agencies and public companies - learning how to take complicated, technical businesses and make them legible to the market. I worked closely with investors, founders, and executives on narrative, positioning, and design.At Daversa, I worked at founder pace across executive searches for venture-backed companies. My role was a founder’s front-line storyteller to world-class executives.Today I am a part of the Talent team at Sierra, on a mission to build more human-centered agentic experiences with brilliant, hard working people.
