About Chloe Pool

Hi, I\'m Chloe, and I help great brands achieve success with their customers. I started my career in one of the most competitive industries, manufacturing chemicals. My clients produced high-end products and could not allow for one mistake in their supply chain. A slip-up of any sort could cost them up to a day. My job was to guarantee my clients\' success EVERY time. Their reputations and jobs depended on it. As a Communications Manager, I did much of the same work, just from a different vantage point. A water provider in Flint Michigan made one costly mistake that created fear throughout the entire U.S. I worked hard to provide our customers with messaging and powerful content to prove to them that First Utility District would never make that mistake. I led one of the most successful communication campaigns in our industry, to the point where some of my team would be recognized out in the community. Finally, I helped my customers succeed in the nonprofit world. I was responsible for recruiting leaders of various Knoxville initiatives and ensuring they received the tools they needed. I did trainings on leadership skills, behavioral health, and onboarded those leaders with resources and pathways for success.
