As a Social Media and Content Intern at Forward Farms, I managed the creation, scheduling, and execution of content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to promote the company’s products to both current and prospective customers. I oversaw all social media platforms, including responding to comments and direct messages, establishing and maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving audience engagement through strategic content initiatives.I spearheaded Forward Farms’ influencer marketing efforts by identifying and researching influencers, initiating outreach, coordinating meetings, and managing ongoing communication once contracts were signed. I also introduced the idea of implementing influencer partnerships as a growth strategy and managed all influencer relationships, including planning and executing two Instagram giveaway campaigns.In my day-to-day role, I utilized tools such as Notion AI for content planning and scheduling, Meta Business Suite for publishing and analytics, Figma and Canva for graphic design, Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, and Shopify.Additionally, I was responsible for responding to all consumer inquiries submitted through the Forward Farms website, ensuring timely, professional communication and a positive customer experience. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence, contributed original photography and video content, stayed current on social media trends and best practices, and supported broader marketing initiatives throughout the internship.
