I work as an Insurance Technician at Arch Insurance International, in their Manchester office. My role supports the London Market Reinsurance Underwriting team. I sit on the Arch Insurance International Culture Committee, and Manchester office Social Committee. I hold the CII Certificate in London Market Insurance, with the aim of starting the Diploma in the new year. To support myself and others through professional qualifications, I founded a twice weekly breakfast study club and scaled it to two UK offices.
