I have completed my Management Qualification (MQI) so I have received a promotion. I passed my MQI Part 1 with 100% and Part 2 with 90%. I can now use this knowledge to look for Assistant Manager roles within a branch, and broaden my network within Enterprise.As a Management Assistant I have also taken a key role in the branch called the Risk Leadership Programme. This means I will monitor the customers we serve at the branch and ensure the fleet of cars is damage free! This involves a lot of staff training and maintaining positive relationships with garages/body shops to reduce vehicle downtime. This programme and my promotion have given me key leadership experiences to take forward into any role that comes my way.

ABOUT CHLOE ROUND
I am a University of Liverpool business management graduate, with a keen interest in using those skills to grow. Having completed university now, I am a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent a Car! This role is challenging and dynamic and every day is different. I am a hard working and enthusiastic person that always wants to be at my best for me and the people around me. I’ve become this way due to my 5 years of experience in hospitality and 1 year of experience in door to door fundraising. Working and my studies have shaped me to be an ambitious person and I will use this every day at Enterprise to develop my brand. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts and growing my vinyl collection as I love music. I can play a handful of instruments, for example: bass guitar, ukulele, and acoustic guitar. I live and breathe music and will always find time to appreciate all kinds of music. Having all the experience in my work life and personal life, I have gained many skills I will use all my life. I have amazing team working, communication, leadership, and organisational skills because of my work life. Due to my personal life, I have brilliant patience and motivation because of playing instruments. With all these skills I have learnt, I can do anything possible in the future while continuing to develop everyone around me.
