As the SVP of Development at Avalon Entertainment (STARSTRUCK, LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER, BREEDERS, CATASTROPHE, WORKAHOLICS), I have developed and produced projects across scripted, unscripted and late-night on all major platforms. Highlights include FLATBUSH MISDEMEANORS (Showtime, 100% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes), EVERYTHING’S GONNA BE OKAY (Freeform/Hulu, Nominated for GLAAD and HCA Awards), THE READ WITH KID FURY & CRISSLE (Fuse, Premiere Garnered Network High Ratings) and GHOST HUNT WITH MATTEO LANE (Top Performer for Snap Originals - Over 5 Million per Episode). In my role, I am hands-on in streamlining communications across departments, and overseeing the US slate through all stages of development. This includes everything from packaging, pitching and production management to liaising with the UK-based team of managers and producers to develop international co-productions. I build and nurture relationships with our existing management clients, while also leveraging my own connections to bring new talent and multi-hyphenate creators to the company. I have developed pilots/presentations for networks and platforms such as FOX, Max, Hulu, Apple, Showtime, FX, Adult Swim, Netflix, HBO, Comedy Central, Peacock, Paramount+, Freeform, Starz, IFC, TBS, MTV and more.

   Oversee creative development and production for scripts, pilots, and series for top-tier streamers, premium cable and networks - Identify and package projects with both fresh and high-level Writers, Talent, Showrunners and Directors - Creatively lead shoots for pilots and current series while collaborating closely with Heads of Production, Showrunners, Line Producers and Networks to ensure concepts are fully realized in production process - Secure rights to intellectual property such as international formats, books, life rights and articles for TV development - Head the staffing process on US series teams by seeking out and hiring talented Showrunners, Non-Writing Producers, Directors and Staff Writers - Liaison for global development conversations with UK team to strategize and coordinate execution of new and ongoing international projects - Initiate and consult with Business Affairs to put together new offers and strategize on how best to progress existing deals - Industry expertise featured as judge and panelist on leading comedy panel “Stand Up & Pitch” and “15 Minutes with a Power Broker” sessions
