As Community Engagement Lead, I serve as the connective tissue between KARMA’s physical space and the broader wellness community—locally and digitally. My role centers on cultivating meaningful relationships with wellness instructors, small business owners, creators, and neighbors to design activations and storytelling that reflect KARMA’s values of intentionality, inclusivity, and well-being.I lead community-driven initiatives including wellness programming, partnership coordination, event planning, and digital storytelling. I also manage our internal content calendar, support brand campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure KARMA remains a space of connection, not just consumption. From managing monthly creative direction to facilitating team connection days, my focus is to translate KARMA’s mission into lived, local impact.This is a hybrid role currently balancing remote strategy, in-store collaboration, and SGK Foundation event support. I’m also responsible for growing our strategic marketing efforts, and helping pilot new formats for content, education, and outreach.
