As part of the Planning & Coordination pillar at the Utah Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB), I support statewide planning, infrastructure, and housing initiatives through research, data management, and interagency collaboration. My work includes developing a proposal to study how water supply constraints impact Utah’s growth, maintaining statewide resources such as the Utah Funding Opportunities Portal and State Plan Library, and coordinating with regional and state partners to enhance project data through the Utah Project Portal. I also contribute to housing and public lands efforts by refining performance metrics and benchmarking best practices. Additionally, I regularly update GOPB’s grant tracking systems, compile IIJA funding newsletters, and ensure accurate reporting of federal awards, advancing data-driven planning and transparency across Utah’s planning ecosystem.
