After years working as an HR leader, I’ve stepped into HR Consulting to help SMEs build values-led engagement and modernise their people practices. Most recently that has meant: Rethinking recruitment by rolling out a new ATS, training teams, and implementing AI features to make hiring fairer, faster and smarter. Refreshing company values so they truly reflect the culture - and making sure they’re embedded throughout the employee lifecycle. Using AI to support analysis and theming of all employee feedback - exit interviews, surveys, focus groups, reviews - to create actionable recommendations. Reviewing and streamlining internal communications channels. Using automation to gather employee suggestions/questions. I like to balance strategy with action: I’ll happily design the big picture, but I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves to make it happen. I’m skilled at analysing data and spotting the themes that matter, then turning those insights into practical, realistic solutions. Above all, I bring empathy, curiosity, a love of technology solutions and a people-first approach to every project.
