I am currently pursuing an Honours Health Science degree at the University of Ottawa, where I have immersed myself in courses and projects focused on anatomy, general sciences, and the determinants of health. My academic journey has provided me with a strong foundation in human physiology, cognitive science, and disease pathology, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of health science sectors.My primary academic interests lie in the molecular mechanisms of disease, cognitive science, gerontology, and human physiology. I am particularly passionate about research in gerontology, dementia, and frailty, aiming to contribute to advancements in aging-related healthcare.Beyond academics, I am deeply committed to community service. As Vice President of Simply Speak, I help newcomers transition smoothly into life in Canada by organizing and leading accessible weekly English lessons for second-language learners. This role allows me to foster meaningful connections while empowering individuals through language education.I am always eager to collaborate with professionals and peers in the healthcare community.
