About Chloe Jones
I am a recent graduate of William & Mary, where I received a B.A. in Psychological Studies and Gender, Sexuality, and Women\'s Studies. I am continuing my education with the School of Education as I receive my M.Ed. in Educational Policy, Planning, & Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration! I am excited to expand my academic success and experience in the realm of Education and apply it to the student body as I serve as the Graduate Assistant for the Student Leadership Development Office, focusing on Leadership Programs. As a student leader, I am passionate about leadership development, co-curricular involvement, community building, and students sense of belonging. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting individual student development, especially in relation to identity. I have experience and interest in programming, including brainstorming, planning, and execution. I served on W&M\'s student programming board as well as hold current experiences with event management with the Graduate Education Association (GEA) and Higher Education Student Association (HESA). While these are more aligned community-building, I also have experience and interest in professional programming opportunities. I currently serve on the Marketing/Engagement Committee for the National Mortar Board Conference Planning Team.
