As a Commercial Portfolio/ Senior PM, I have provided operational, construction management and financial leadership for portfolios ranging from multiple Class A high-rise office and retail buildings. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill needs of multiple properties in order to ensure their continued positive success. I have the knowledge and experience to create budgets which has provided me with the tools necessary to tackle the financials of any property. As a result, I have a combined ability to successfully manage operations while also effectively interfacing with customers and a wide range of experience to lead with versatility in a number of contexts with a confidence level of excellence.
