ABOUT CHLOE BEIDELMAN
My name is Chloe, and I am a Kinesiology graduate passionate about promoting physical activity and wellness for diverse populations. My experience working with children in the Buena Park School District and my role at the Center for Successful Aging (CSA) have deepened my commitment to encouraging physical activity at all ages. At CSA, I developed the skills to address the unique needs and challenges older adults face in fitness. Through this experience, I led both group sessions and provided one-on-one instruction, expanding my knowledge of balance and strength training exercises tailored for older adults. My goal is to support programs that help clients reach their fitness and physical activity goals, empowering them to live independent, functional lives.
