In this position, I provide instruction to students as outlined in lesson plans left by teachers who are absent and maintain established routine of classroom procedures. Through my instruction, I create a classroom environment conducive to learning while encouraging student self-discipline and responsibility. I am also responsible for communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators as needed to foster awareness of students’ behavior, needs, and progress.
