About Chloé Lerin

I am a Powertrain Performance Engineer with 12 years of experience in Engine Development who recently took on a new challenge as a Tire Performance Analyst in order to continue my journey into Motorsports. I thrive on optimizing performance, racing strategies, and enhancing overall driving experience. My passion lies in extracting every ounce of performance from systems, whether on track, on test benches or in simulations. Additionally I freelance as trackside electronics/data engineer, I specialize in analyzing race data to uncover patterns, identify areas for improvement, and guide strategic decisions. My goal is to translate squiggly lines into winning strategies.
