My current focus is on New Product Marketing and Technical Marketing as well as Business and Strategy development and implementation. My in-depth understanding of the veterinary market and the current challenges of the practitioner give me the ability to identify the gaps in current offerings and create opportunities to meet the wants and needs of the market. I have a customer-centric focus in my approach to business. I am currently working to bring customer service into Pharmacovigilance (PhV). PhV can be an important part of sales support and create customer loyalty during difficult times. I feel compelled to pass forward my knowledge gained from my success and mistakes during my years in practice to help sustain the veterinary industry. My EMBA education has allowed me to adapt current business best practices from other industries and professions to increase value in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. I enjoy the application of behavioral economics, strategy development, leadership and psychology research to the marketing and buying process. I have a diverse experience of 25+ years of Equine Practice. Types include Reproduction, TB sales, Lameness and General practice. I am incorporating my clinical, educational, and business skills to increase the strength of the Industry-Veterinarian relationship to create a win-win and ultimately better serve the horse and their owners. I am interested in Business Development and Management, Marketing Management and Technical Services.
