As Associate Director at Flipkart, I currently lead brand partnerships & monetization for Flipkart Minutes business. I\'ve spent 10 years at Flipkart building ad businesses that didn\'t exist before I started them. Flipkart Minutes went from 0 to $XXMn in a year. Grocery ads scaled to $XXMn growing 2X YOY. Across Quick Commerce, Grocery, SMB, D2C, and Fashion, I\'ve managed $XXMn in P&L. Most of it on products I had to architect before I could sell.In that time I\'ve launched programmatic platforms, structured first-party data deals, built a product integrations and led an XX person team across sales, growth and product marketing. Won multiple industry awards across various campaigns.The work I\'m best at is the 0-to-1 part. When there\'s no playbook, no precedent, and someone needs to figure out the architecture before the next planning cycle. That\'s where I tend to show up. I find the blank space in a business and figure out how to make it generate revenue. Retail media, ad sales, brand partnerships, GTM strategy, growth marketing I\'ve owned all of it, usually at the same time.
