I’m currently leading a portfolio of GenAI projects where we’re building smart, chatbot-based solutions for a global healthcare & med-tech client. These bots aren\'t your typical chatbots - they’re built to be agentic, meaning they can take real actions, help streamline operations in meaningful ways and deliver value to different teams (like Sales, Product Developers, Brand Managers etc.) within the organization.Outside of managing the delivery, I’m also involved in client-facing consulting - helping decode tricky business problems, teaming up with subject matter experts, crafting solutions (GenAI and consumer analytics-focused), and putting together proposals that make a strong case for how we can help to solve business problems. Most of this ties into pre-sales consulting, so I’m often in rooms where ideas take shape and turn into new opportunities for us.
