At the AA, I am responsible for leading and enhancing the organisation’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. My role covers the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier risk, from segmentation and due diligence through to governance, monitoring, and exit planning.I drive the design and delivery of processes that ensure suppliers are assessed and managed based on their criticality and risk exposure, helping the business maintain compliance with regulatory standards while also building operational resilience. This includes establishing stronger governance forums, implementing periodic risk reassessments, and developing reporting dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.By strengthening oversight and embedding best practice across supplier management, I support the AA in making risk-informed decisions, protecting key services, and ensuring third-party partnerships remain sustainable, transparent, and resilient.
