Chitra is passionate in the area of people performance and enjoys executive coaching, facilitation on leadership skills and l helping organizations redesign themselves to meet objectives. Her passion finds an outlet in her work at Vyaktitva, a nice HR Consulting firm, that she joined almost a decade back. During her tenure in Vyaktitva, Chitra has designed and delivered solutions with premier organisations like Genpact, ITC Hotels, Colgate, Airtel, MetLife, Accenture, IBM, Barclays, Perfetti Van Melle, Star TV, HUL etc Chitra joined NIIT in 1982 during its early days and handled a variety of roles in Sales, Systems Design and Operations. She found her passion in Instructional Design and was part of the Knowledge Solutions Business at NIIT for almost a decade and a half. To get a holistic experience Chitra moved from NIIT to NIS Sparta where she dabbled in the areas of behavioral science and sales and customer service.
