Hygiene factors like maintaining optimum student teacher ratio is obviously present. Societal, Cultural and increasingly Global dynamics form the context of understanding. This impacts our working in various ways. Questions like- what are the emerging value sets relevant in today’s world, success in today’s world, how is technology affecting the way we are living and more so how we will live tomorrow are constantly pondered, debated upon by the faculty. In a world where it is easy to forget what really makes us human, our human values, we understand our role to raise the child not only appreciating these fundamental values but by also making them view these values as potential solutions to problems, facing our world today
