Global Service delivery team handling the International entity projects. Understanding the client\'s requirements by involving in the Pre-Sales cycle (80% opportunity stage). Provide PM estimation, risks/assumptions and high level delivery schedule for upcoming Bids and RFP. Order Verification along with Sales/Pre-Sales and customer. Identify the potential risks (Internal & External) and design the mitigation plan. Design and evaluate the Project Plan. Team meetings to ensure project requirements are effectively communicated to the team members. Meetings along with clients to track and communicate the project progress and incorporate changes. Formal reporting to all stakeholders on project progress Focus on early revenue realization and customer satisfaction.
