Joined Lodha group in February 2007, has supported, witnessed and been integral part of the top management of an incredible growth story of a real estate company.A strong believer in Organization Building, driven by ownership and performance, going beyond the departmental silos to create leaders with decision making abilities by motivating, leading, mentoring, imparting values and empowering. Capability -With presence in India and the United Kingdom, the Group is currently developing an estimated 43 million sq. ft. of prime real estate developer with the largest land reserves of in MMR, and has 28 ongoing projects across London, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad.Heading Design for all projects of the Company across the entire portfolio and locations.Completed various Residential and commercial projects around 90 million sq.ft, across all segments in last 15 years.Supporting the current Annual sales revenue above Cr.Leading the Design process and deliverables of Annual construction spend to the tune of INR 3500 Cr to Cr.
