ABOUT CHITMANJEET SINGH GREWAL
I have always been a reserved person among friends, but I have recently taken the initiative to participate actively in professional debates. My family has a legacy of serving our community as social servants, and I am proud to continue in their footsteps. My name is Chitman Grewal, and I am a diligent and dedicated individual. Following the completion of my post-graduate diploma, I developed a strong interest in user experience and design, with a determination to serve my community in any way possible. My athletic achievements, which include multiple championships and scholarships, attest to my commitment to excellence. As the sole Sikh and Sabat Surat (unshorn hair) football player in the OCAA (Ontario Colleges Athletic Association), I represented Conestoga College and was included in the dean’s honor list. Moreover, I contributed to a group project called Furever Fresh, which aimed to create a platform for a pet food startup company, providing customers with online services through iOS and Android applications. Following my post-graduate studies, I joined Rogers as a Network Support Technician through Ramkey Communications, a contract-based company. This experience has been instrumental in honing my technical skills and solving complex customer problems in real-world scenarios daily. In October 2021, I joined Dependable Home Tech as a Network Technician, where my performance garnered numerous accolades from Rogers and earned me the overall 2nd place in the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) in Ontario. A few months later, I was promoted to Supervisor/Team Support for the Grand River area, where I am gaining valuable insight into the challenges of working in large organizations. Since taking on this role, I have gained extensive knowledge of running a successful business. In my free time, I create content for social media apps, engage in stock market trading, and am currently pursuing knowledge in AI tools. Nevertheless, I am still in search of my full potential, which I am eager to discover.
