At Buttress, we have a talented, friendly and ever growing team based in Ancoats working on a wide range of projects through from inception to completion. Please feel free to visit our studio to see what we are up to. Nearly 30 years post graduate experience in commercial practice, I have worked on both private and public sector projects, in a number of sectors including: retail, residential, office, leisure, law & order, conservation and masterplanning. Over the course of my career, I have advocated for inclusivity and diversity in the industry in a bid to bring about positive change. At Buttress, I am responsible for coordinating our health & wellbeing programme and strengthening Buttress’ social value initiatives, as well as championing cultural diversity within the practice. Some of my passions. Strategic Ambassador for PLACED - A social enterprise that inspires young people about the built environment through a number of initiatives including design workshops, summer schools and community engagement.
